Jane Hall has been studying and performing Arabic percussion for many years in a variety of settings world-wide. With the "House of Tarab" she is focused on the Riqq, the Arabic tambourine. She saw a Monet painting once at the Seattle Art Museum. In that moment she came to realize the enormity and importance of art and music in the world. Since then, she strives for the perfection seen those years ago. Jane is very happy with the “House Of Tarab” current line-up of terrific and jovial fellows she calls band-mates.
